We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order and entire experience with pureLIFT Apparel. If you are unsatisfied with the product, there may be several options for you to resolve the situation. Please note, all items must be unworn and unwashed in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • We offer FREE exchanges for all US domestic customers who would like to change sizes, color, etc. We will exchange your item for another item of equal value. We will cover the return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs of the new item.
  • If the item you received is damaged during shipping, or you received the incorrect item, we can send a replacement immediately and provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the product back to us.
  • If you wish to return an item that is not defective, you will be refunded the cost of the item, plus the original shipping. You are required to cover the cost of shipping the item(s) back to pureLIFT Apparel. 
  • If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 30 days ago, or the item is no longer available for sale, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund.
